KYC Code Systems was founded in 2026 by a group of senior engineers who previously built and operated web products at large international fintech companies. Across the team we bring more than a decade of hands-on experience shipping, scaling, and maintaining real-world software.

We started the company because we wanted to focus on the kind of work we enjoy and do best: building secure, well-engineered web applications for clients who value quality over shortcuts. Each of us has spent years in environments where code is reviewed, tests matter, and decisions need to be justified. That is how we work here too.

We build web applications end to end. Greenfield product development, backend and API engineering, integration work, and ongoing maintenance of existing codebases are all day-to-day engagements for us.

Security is part of how we work, not an afterthought. Authentication, encryption, least-privilege access, audit logging, and secure PII handling are standard practice in everything we ship. Most of the clients we work with cannot afford for these to be retrofitted later, and we engineer accordingly.

For teams that need it, we also specialize in KYC, identity verification, and AML integration. We work with providers such as Sumsub, Onfido, and others, wiring them into real user flows that operations and compliance teams can actually use day to day.

We work with clients in whichever engagement model fits the project. Hourly billing for ongoing work and discovery. Fixed-price with a written scope for well-defined deliverables. Full-time allocation for teams that need an engineer embedded in their stack.

Communication is straightforward. We default to weekly written status updates, with calls when something needs deciding. Our code is reviewable, our commits are clean, and our handovers are real. When a project ends, your team can keep building without us.
